INDEPENDENT LIVING IN COTTAGES
Our Cottages offer comfortable, fully independent living set within beautifully maintained, water-wise gardens. Residents enjoy 24-hour security, convenient parking, and access to emergency nursing care when required. Cottages are available to rent, with a limited number offered on a Refundable Life Care Contract basis. Due to high demand, a waiting list applies.
Cottage Sizes:
Type A: Double-bedroom, lounge, and kitchenette – 60m²
Type B: Single-bedroom, lounge, and kitchenette – 45m²
Type C: Bedsitter with kitchenette – 32m²
We welcome the general public to view on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 3 p.m., excluding public holidays and December.
ASSISTED LIVING
ASSISTED LIVING
Assisted Living areas offer comfortable rooms, including en-suite options, with full board, housekeeping, and tailored light nursing care.
The Askew Suites, part of assisted living, provide a more independent, premium assisted living option, comprising nine en-suite apartments. Selected suites may be available on a Refundable Life Care Contract basis.
CARE CENTRE
FULL frail care nursing in

Our Care Centre offers person-centred full-time frail care nursing, in a safe and supportive environment.
Residents receive:
• 24-hour professional nursing care
• Three meals and snacks daily
• Housekeeping and domestic services
• Daily activities and engagement
This area is staffed by professional nursing personnel, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of continuous person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.
GENERAL SERVICES
Additional Services & Amenities
Entertainment: DSTV, movies, music, singing, reading sessions, and regular visits from volunteers
Occupational Therapy: Offered to our residents three times a week, including ball games, quizzes, arts & crafts, chair exercises, and more
Personal Care Services:
Hairdressers – weekly
Podiatrist – every 4–6 weeks
Audiologist – every 2 months
Regular church services on site
Accessibility: All bathrooms and en suite facilities are adapted for blind, sight-impaired, frail, and wheelchair-bound residents
Connectivity: A Wi-Fi hotspot is available
24-hour on-site security
Convenience: Resident and visitor parking bays available

A 250kva generator ensures no load shedding
